Why we started R&J
After years working inside large consulting firms and corporate strategy teams, our founders saw the same pattern repeat itself: small and mid-sized businesses were being underserved. They were handed junior consultants, generic frameworks, and reports that gathered dust.
R&J Consulting Enterprises was founded to change that. We built a firm where experienced advisors work directly with clients — no hand-offs, no bait-and-switch. Just honest, practical guidance from people who've been in the room before.
Today, we work with businesses across industries, from early-stage companies finding their footing to established firms navigating growth and change. What they all have in common: they wanted a partner, not a vendor.
